    clean and fantastic hotel, large breakfast. extremely pleasant room with a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe, and very comfy bed. a nice view of the sea. very responsive and extremely helpful staff, perfect service. lovely stay, as always.

    The beach area could use better maintenance!!! The fitness center is quite cramped, lacking modern equipment!!! Improvements needed in room air conditioning performance!!!

    great amenities but minor issues

    The pool was lovely and pristine, a perfect spot for relaxation. The restaurant offered a fantastic buffet breakfast with a wide array of delicious options. Our water chalet was tastefully decorated.

    The jacuzzi in our suite could use more maintenance.

    The location was perfect, with a great view of the creek and glimpses of the ocean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to any requests. The swimming pool and beach area were inviting and great for relaxation.     Nestled among picturesque surroundings, this hotel boasts spacious and luxurious rooms with a breathtaking lagoon view. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & Wellness Center, private facilities, and outdoor swimming pool, exceeded expectations. the world, class restaurant served delicious Halal food, and the poolside snack bar offered refreshing drinks.

    There was a minor issue with the Wi, Fi, which was slow in public areas. Despite this, the hotel offered masseuses who provided excellent massages and a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers.
